Brookliv

This company stole $500 from me and remain non-responsive. I put down a deposit with the understanding that if the application was not approved/finalized it was refundable. Within a day I found out that I could not furnish the documentation required. I let the agent know, and she said she would check with her manager. I've called and emailed and have gotten no response. Finding an apartment in Brooklyn is hard enough without pariahs like Brookliv and their absolute greed. Do not work with this company!

We started working with Aaron a few weeks ago, and he immediately gave us a variety of options and took the times to understand our needs in finding a new home. Throughout the process he was clear, communicative, and really was a huge support in getting us the unit we wanted! I would certainly work with him again, and really appreciate the time and care he and his team put in to help us find the best apartment we could!

I had been interested in an apartment for over a year, and Aaron kept in touch with me to update me on the apartment and when it became available. He sent me other apartments in the building, and maintained a relationship with me so that I could eventually move into the space I had originally been excited about. I appreciated his willingness to be in touch and deliver great customer service. However, I do agree with other previous comments, specifically about the broker's fees. The fees that Brookliv charges are quite high. Something to note before going through the process!

We had a great experience with Brookliv! Their agent Al helped us get the perfect apartment (and fast)! He guided us throughout the process and we could tell he was working hard to get us into our place as soon as possible. We really appreciated not only the responsiveness of the Brookliv team, but their authenticity when working with us.

I had a great experience working with Maddie from Brookliv! She understood what kind of unit I needed as a student and followed up consistently to ensure all my questions were answered! She is a great communicator and hard worker. I also enjoyed my conversations with the rest of the team at Brookliv as well! A great company to work with.
