Brookfield I, II & III

Obnoxious neighbors who stomp around all day and let their kids run rampant, other residents leave their dog crap everywhere across the lawn all winter, maintenance came in to my apartment carelessly broke one of my pieces of decor then messed up our toilet and we had to have them come back. I paid rent 4 mins past midnight because I was traveling all day and they charged me an extra $40 late fee and didn’t inform me for 30 days. They don’t shovel the sidewalks, or salt them, or plow the parking lot. The rent is cheap, that’s about the only redeemable quality. I’ve also had to make multiple noise complaints to the office due to a resident who has had multiple screaming matches with his girlfriend at 4am and they don’t do anything. The apartment was remodeled and looks amazing Eddie made sure we got moved in okay and got all the things we needed when it wasn’t working properly, when we told them about having the smallest bug in our place they got pest control over with in 3 days, maintenance can take a little bit but we always contact Eddie for updates and he always answers right away
