From timing and pricing strategies, to referring several trusted vendors for touch-up work, to staging the house that led to a full-price offer within one week of listing. Brooke was exceptional in all facets dealing with the sale of our inherited house, which was located over 400 miles from my primary residence. She handled numerous phrases, from facilitating those responsible for necessary improvements right up to the actual sale of the house. Her communication skills were first rate, as was her ability to research any questions/concerns, which were many, considering the distance. In a very aggressive real estate market (spring/summer of 2022), her knowledge of the market, prices, time frame etc., were all correct.
