Brooke Mill Apartments

I don't know why it has taken me so long to leave a review, well I do and its called procrastination. Brooke Mill has been my home for almost two years. The move in process was my first and Linda was great and made the process very easy. The staff is always so friendly and helpful to me. Raven is incredible and is always very helpful with the very few issues I have had here. She is a rockstar! They are always trying to put on fun events or give free food for the apartment complex to get engagement. Adam in maintenance is also very helpful and a great guy. The location is great being close to so much. It is not perfect but the staff do their best to help with anything that comes up and that is the least i could ask for.

My husband and I have lived at Brooke Mill for 2 1/2 years now. This place is perfect for us. It was very important to me to be somewhere safe especially with my husband being disabled and staying home during the day by himself. We feel very safe here! I have never had any pest issues at all. The pool and the area around it is beautiful! I also love the little workout room and utilize it on a regular basis. It has all the usual machines and everything you need to get a full body workout in. I love taking our dog, Ellie for walks around the property. There are lots of trees and pretty landscape and everything is kept very clean. Any time we’ve ever called maintenance, they are at our apartment within a day and always very courteous and helpful. I’ve had an amazing experience at Brooke Mill Apartments and truly couldn’t be happier with the team here. Raven Suggs, Simina Birsan, and Linda Kang have all been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming from day one. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests quickly, or just being friendly and supportive, they always go above and beyond. The community is well-kept, quiet, and feels safe. Maintenance is fast, the office staff communicates clearly, and the amenities are great. I’m genuinely thankful for how smooth everything has been since moving in. We just made the move here before this last ice-maggedon. Raven... I have no adequate words. Raven helped us find the PERFECT unit, was assisting through the whole process, patient and amazing through my numerous calls and emails to make sure it was all in the up and up, and always, ALWAYS has a smile to greet you! Most all of my dealings have been through Raven and truly they couldn't have a better front woman. The apartment is clean, beautiful, and perfect for us. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and our 2 dogs love it here too. I could not have asked for a better place to call home, nor could I have hoped for a more helpful or better person than Raven to help us get here. This will be our home for many years to come, it's simply perfect!

My husband and I lived there for 8 years and my dad has been living there since 2013 and still loving being part of Brookemill community. Staff from maintenance, from office like Raven or Linda and Simina the manager everyone had been always courteous, helpful and attentive. Always willing to answer questions or provided help. The complex is quiet. Never has any issues with neighbors. Happily will continue there but it was time for us to a bigger space due to family and business needs.
