Brooke Osborne is amazing, there is no other way to say it. My husband and I wanted to buy our first house together, and with our situation at the time she still managed to do it. No matter what time of the day you called or even texted, she responded. Every step of the way she is there to answer any and all questions and won't steer you in the wrong direction. We had the worst home inspection, scary, and she pushed us through it with nothing but positivity. If we ever wanted to sell our house and buy another we will always be calling Brooke. Brooke was amazing throughout our whole homebuying process. We started looking right as states started going on lockdown, not to mention this is our first house, so we had so many questions and concerns. Brooke was always willing to explain answers to us or if in the rare case she didn't know, she would find out. And follow though- which I feel is rare these days! She was prompt and never took long at all to reply to texts/emails. Even when we spent a whole day looking at houses, if we saw one that just went on the market she was able to get us in that same day (it happened with the house we ended up buying as well!).
