Brookdale Gardens Apartments

Don't let "newly renovated" get you. The renovations are awful cheap vinyl flooring and a paint job. They didn't renovate the bathrooms, simply put epoxy paint over the shower. The paint was peeling everywhere prior to us even moving in. The unit was also not cleaned at all prior to moving in, our toilet was covered in urine from whoever did the terrible renovation. Stephen is not a great property manager, ignored us for weeks on end. Unit above us had a roach problem & they did not even spray our apartment until a week after. Also did not have a handle OR lock on our sliding door for over a month until I had to directly ask maintenance for a replacement despite asking Stephen about it multiple times. I thought this was a great location for school and Steve was helpful and showed me varies options around Allentown. Really enjoy living here. Definitely recommend!

The apartments are cheap over price the landlord never fix nothing he lies about everything plz do not move into this complex tenant that moved out after there lease was up he never gave back there security deposit to no one some are moving out before there lease is up cause he's not a loyal person his name is Steve he will tell u what u wanna hear then 👎
