These apartments are gross and when you try to get your deposit back they make up bogus charges to keep it. I received this apt in a crappy condition and had to fight to get things repaired. My biggest mistake is not seeing my apartment before moving in. The bathroom and walls have mold, light fixtures in the bathroom have rust, appliances are outdated, they just paint over everything and do crappy repair jobs. I had water coming from the upstairs apartment in the bathroom and bedroom several times during my stay. Them trying to keep my deposit was the last straw, I’m filing a complaint. Pictures do not lie so let’s see how they try to excuse it.I even included an email from 2024 with a complaint!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE. First and foremost, me and my fiancée are super clean tenants, and this place is INFESTED with huge roaches that look close to water bugs even if you are a clean person. Management sucks here and they do nothing to help fix the situation but spray up your whole apartment every week by an exterminator which does nothing to solve the actual issue. It got so bad I had to contact the Health Department of New Milford. Also, during the winter the heat is horrible and overbearing. This place is a slum!! Not a place to raise children either there is way too much police activity going on over on Boulevard. I get trying to make the community a safe place but the cops are always out because of a new incident. Also make sure you get your security deposit

I had a maintenance issue in the bathroom , Byron was our repairman and he arrived promptly to address the issue. He was very attentive and clean. He discussed the issue and explained what he needed to do to repair the problem. My issue was resolved and I was very satisfied with the experience.

I’ve been living here a few months and when i tell you that I’ve had my life saved by Janice and Virg 3 total times, I’m not kidding. I really appreciate them. These are older apartments but I don’t have any issues. If i ever need anything, they’re there within the day or as soon as possible to fix it. On a business day, I receive help immediately (like within the hour). I was locked out today and they were at my place in under 4 minutes! I’m very grateful!

I lived here for 2 years and the heat in my apartment has never worked properly. Maintenance can’t fix the issue because the leasing office wont fix the boiler and the two deflect blame to each other when you ask for help. I have been getting sick more often and it has gotten to the point where I have to leave the apartment that I am PAYING RENT to stay elsewhere because it is UNINHABITABLE at this stage to where I feel my health is severely at risk. Maintenance department is a cool group of guys but the leasing office doesn’t give a shit despite breaching their own contract. STAY FAR AWAY from here.
