The property was very clean. The leading office staff was so welcoming. On top of that Addie was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. She’s the nicest one there!! You’re in good hands when she’s around :)

I have lived here for over 30 years and the maintenance is amazing. This is the best fondren property! Jennifer,myriam and Addie are tbe best, always so happy and welcoming. I strongly recommend Brookbend apartments.

Scam Artist!!!! I lived there for 2 1/2 years in total the only thing good were the neighbors ! Very Maintenance call was requested to be fixed again and again after the first fix! My tubs tiles falling off the wall 7 times in total and have been fixed 7 times in total! The roof of my bedroom caved in after I reported a crack in my ceiling 4 months earlier it was not fixed until the entire thing came down on my head! When I moved the rude women in the office decided to keep my full deposit despite me cleaning every inch of the apartment to the best of my abilities leaving nothing but an old washer in the closet and which she charge me $100 for removal and lied that nothing else was cleaned up despite me having clear pictures of the cleaned apartment! Brookbend Apartments is the worst apartment any responsible person can opt for because, if you’re not careful, they will mess you up. The management and staff are rude and disorganized that they don’t have any cordial relationship with the tenants full of discrimination. Think twice before making a choice of where to live and having a peace of mind when you leave.
