Brook Ridge Apartments

I have been a tenant for almost a year now. When I first moved in, I had an issue with roaches, which made me put roast traps everywhere in the apartment. Now I’m currently In a situation where I don’t have heat in my bedroom, my bedroom bathroom or the back room of my home. I have been to the office on a few occasions and they tell me there’s nothing they can do. so I’m paying over $900 Per month and have to find a different source of heat in my rooms. I have to use a space heater in my bedroom if I want to stay warm otherwise I’d be frozen. Like I said I’ve been to the front office and nothing has been done at all. Find a nice apartment complex. I wouldn’t waste your money here they do not care about their tenants.

Basic cable included in the rent but the company sucks with many outages which are annoying and the children here are unruly i.e. sitting on people's car's, throwing trash everywhere, loud neighbors, creeky floors etc. I am not completing my lease. This place is for people that don't care about their environment. Desperately in need of a renovation.

Great Place To Live, Actually Trying To Move Back Into Them By 2016. Just Wish They Had Security Cameras For The Property, Other Then That I Love Them Spacious Comfy And Quite, A lot Different Coming From NY.

That sound too good to be true i gonna try to moved there cause i,am trying to get my life back and maybe i can smile and have my sense of humor again i lost that 2 years ago and hopefully have a relationship maybe i can stop being sad a lot and stop pretending a lot in front of everyone.

It's giving projects and roaches and the rent is too high the lady in the office Angie is nasty would give a 0 if I could run don't walk.....
