Hello I am 57 years old. I have been living at this apartment complex for more than three years. I am very happy living here. There are many places close by that I visit regularly. I use the Capital Metro bus when needed and it is conveniently located just a few blocks from my apartment. The bus bus drops me off in front of Saint Albert Church, which is also very close to my apartment. Everything I need is nearby, and the area is very quite and peaceful. It is a good neighborhood. Due to my health limitations, being in close proximity to HEB, other grocery stores, the bus stop, and the public library is very important to me. This review is specifically for Ashley who helped us during our visit. When we walked in she greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel welcomed. Gave us all the information we asked for and even gave us a tour of the place. The apartments looked clean and they were cleaning the pool area when we arrived. I understand some of the other reviews and their point of views. Management change and things breaking cause a strain on things and delay outcomes we would like to get immediately fixed but the truth is things happen. I work near the area and do see a lot of homeless problems so this may be a concern that needs to be dealt with as a community and not just aimed at this specific location. CHECK PHOTOS POSTED OF LAUNDRY ROOM The condition of this property is appalling and unacceptable. The laundry room is not simply dirty — it is a health hazard. Machines are coated with filth inside and out, the floors are stained with years of neglect, and the environment reeks of abandonment. This is not housing; it is squalor. When these concerns were raised with your office staff (Aubrey or Audrey), the response was dismissive and insulting. Claiming that “no one” is assigned to clean and that the machines are “not your responsibility” is a pathetic excuse. Look, the other reviews here are so old and from before the new property management group took over so don't look too much into those. This place is honestly so great. The location is awesome, you're pretty close to the domain and Q2! The front office staff is so incredibly nice and patient. Since RPM took over, they have made so many improvements around the community.
