Great place to live !!! The location is great, super close to the town of Newton and literally everything. I had a second story unit the view from the balcony every morning was beautiful. Neighbors nice, management are super kind ladies and helpful and always did their best to work with me! Online portal makes rent super easy. Enjoyed the washer and dryer units in building. Would recommend to a friend
Very happy to have worked with the office staff on renting an apartment for my family member. It is good to know they have a safe community for my grandfather and the office staff is easy to work with. Process all online and easy!
The manager is inconsiderate, not very compassionate. My son died in his apartment and when we called and specifically ask to not talk business today she proceeded to say sorry but your son owes rent I asked not to discuss business today. All they care about is money. Plus his bathroom was covered in black mold which they painted over not removed for an inspection.he lived there for at least 10 years.
i am a tenant with yet ANOTHER ceiling leaking again.. maintenance contacted over 15 times, along with work orders and my bathroom ceiling is actively falling down. they would rather block my number than to do their jobs would NOT recommend living here.
Management is great very nice people.They are extremely helpful and kind. Easy process to get in.5 stars 100 percent.Thank you all so much.
