I have told you viewers do not move here I’m showing you how much mold is on the walls my friends and family that live here the manager John does noting these dry ways need to be pullout and replaced with new they have been on walls since they made this place. You move here it’s you own dumb fault yeah I’m saying that your being advise and yet people don’t look at reviews look at reviews it’s helpful not to get on a contract to this dumb don’t let the out side grass and pool it’s just a catch the pool fiberglass will get in your eyes they close it and it’s never open why get a place and not use the pool and let’s not leave all the stray cats and the smell of poop and pee. You’ve been warned take the advice there are other places. If you want a apartment finder look for bucks to move here

If I can give 0 stars I would. The lady Adriana who works in the office lies to people and says they have an Apt available but they actually dnt. They screw u for the application fee which is not much jst 25 dollars but imagine how many ppl fall victim to this. Then they tell u for you to call back in 2 weeks after they tell u they have an apt ready to move in. I am how ever this morning reporting them because what they are doing to ppl is robbing them. Again her name is Adriana and she works at the office. I caught them yesterday. Telling my daughter in law they have one available then tell her it’ll be ready on the 9th then it went to they’ll call her in 2 weeks. So I called and asked for info and they told me one was ready to move in but when caught in a lie Adriana changed it to it’s b

My apartment is infested with ants and cockroaches, it is also full of mold. Car parts were stolen, no cameras so nothing could be done. Not to mention the people in the front office don't seem to care about any issues your apartment may have. The maintenance people are friendly and quick when a work order is put in and affordable price is nice...

These apartments gave me breathing problems because it has a serious mold problem. They are also INFESTED with roaches. I’m only giving it two stars because of the affordable price but you get what you pay for. Not to mention John , the old man who works at the office is extremely rude and unpleasant. Take my advice and steer clear of these apartments. You CAN find better. I’m at a new place and my breathing is back to normal and they are pretty affordable as well and WAY cleaner.

Lived here between 2008-11 and 2013-16. We started in one of the larger 1/1 units and moved up to a 2/1 as our family grew. In 2016 we moved out as we had a 3rd on the way and needed more room. Overall it was a positive experience. No worries about break-ins or theft. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The property manager lives on-site and is very attentive to the needs of the tenants often handling the work himself.
