Hello! I met up with Oscar Patino and I was looking into buying my first home and whenever I met up with him, honestly he’s like my house god father. He answers all my questions and I’ve never felt confident as I do now since he made me feel like buying a house, it’s a lot more doable than you may think and it’s a really good hedge against inflation. I kept him as a contact in my phone because he makes me feel like buying a house is less complicated than it is, and I really like the homes he showed me too. They weren’t bad quality and he made me feel like they’re super attainable 🤩 I plan to buy a home from them in september time period because that’s when my finances should be more in order but yeah! I highly recommend this place and Oscar Patino 😄👍🏼

Oscar has exceptional customer service and is one of the most relational people in the business. Whenever I have a client that is looking in an area where he works, he’s the first stop we make!

The worst builder in entire Austin Metro. There are communities that they have promised pool and amenity center, but never built them after 7 years. They do not care about the customers after they sell the houses. They do not even hand over the home owners association; therefore, you won't be able to take actions for your own community. Invest somewhere else. There are much better builders out there and do not take any risk with Brohn. Oh, also do a google search for news how they cancelled the contracts right before the closing day to sell the houses for higher prices.
