Brody Terrace Apartments

I did a tour with Justyn and he was awesome, so accommodating, and helpful. He and the company were willing to call in adjustments for me to be happy enough to sign. Huge floor plan and parking included. I was super super close to moving in here but another place I had inquired with got back and it made more sense for me to do the other. If I didn’t hear back I would have moved into here. Had to write a review per my stellar experience!!!

I met Justyn for a tour of this property and he was extremely nice, knowledgeable and more importantly professional! Apt hunting can be such a drag, but he made it a very memorable experience. Thank you Justyn 😊

I was informed by Angelika that I would not be approved for an apartment due to me currently living out of state and being unable to provide proof of California income. Even when I informed her I am self-employed, she told me it did not matter how much money I had saved up. Either someone else can better explain or I may need to explore if this a legal practice in California.
