Spent months going back and forth on a retail lease for the manager to overlook details just before signing. Had an off feeling with the way things were presented and handled so we were ready to move on. Begged us to continue the lease process and asked how to make it right. Once we got the required documents sorted, timing completely out of our control, they had a change of heart and pulled the lease. Contractor that works for them warned me prior to us viewing the space about doing business with them, guess they were right.

We have been leasing from Brody Co. for about 1.5 years, and they are so wonderful to work with! They made the initial process seamless and have been very responsive and helpful each time we have needed any services from them for our property. They have been extra supportive of our growing business and always there for us to help in our success throughout our first year of business! I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to start or move an existing business to one of their properties. We look forward to being with them for many years to come!

We have been tenants of Brody Co since 2011. During this time Brody Co have been excellent landlords and we highly recommend renting from them. They have always offered 5 star customer service in all aspects of our lease. They are quick to respond when issues arise and help find solutions for our business that help us to grow and be successful.

I received a rude call while I was working at Old navy next door from a female employee telling me my car would be towed since it was on that side of the parking lot. I told her if it was an issue I could move it during break, but that it was an massive shopping center and there wasn’t designated parking for each business. I’m going On break, the facilities manager (drives white pick up truck) came into my work at Old Navy and handed me a business card with a towing company phone # on it. Not knowing who he was why or why he was handing this to me, I introduced myself and asked what the issue was. He said this is the number I would need to call. I said “excuse me is there an issue with my car?” He said not now but if I park anywhere near their office in the shopping center my car would be

Worst property management I have ever dealt with. Their rental contracts are nothing but a piece of paper requiring the tenant to handle all services and repairs... HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, Pest Control, etc. They offer NO Property Management. The rents are way inflated and horrible for small business. Highly DO NOT Recommend.
