We recently purchased a lovely home under BrockandLori's experienced guidance. Lori and her team were fabulous -- going beyond expectations, even working Thanksgiving weekend. They were always optimistic, available, with sound advice. And we engaged in a roller coaster round of bids. Our first bid, 8% OVER asking, lost to a higher bid. That bidder dropped out. We then went through a thorough series of inspections at Lori's suggestion. Ten inspections at least. And they revealed -- some issues. So we withdrew our offer. Another bidder then came in, and they dropped out. The seller had experienced three bids all of whom withdrew.
