Broadway Station Apartments

These apartments were so beautiful! It’s clean, peaceful and has almost everything I needed for the year I lived there. The staff always communicates well through the app or texts, the portal was easy to communicate my service orders in. I always felt safe being near the police fire and local hospitals and urgent cares. Never had an issue with noise from the “downtown” bars and events. I hardly heard the train once or twice a day or every other day. Amazon packages were mostly a breeze and they text everyone if there’s a missing item or mixup. The only thing this place needs is a pool. :-( BUT there’s several cool down options near by. Broadway Station is beautiful. It mixes old world with modern convenience. Bars and restaurants are all over the neighborhood, there are even axe throwing and escape rooms! That being said, the best part is the Broadway Station Appartments. They are new, beautiful and have great amenities like delivery concierge, a free weight/cardio gym, dance studio and a club room with pool table and coffee bar that my kids love. The best part is the management team. Janna is the Property Manager, Jaime runs leasing and Michael runs maintenance. They are the dream team, and are so nice to me and my family. They look out for our deliveries and keep the grounds and appartments in top notch condition. Broadway Station has been such a blessing for my wife and I. From the high-quality appliances and beautiful landscaping to the exceptionally professional staff, everything about Broadway is top tier. We absolutely love that Broadway lies right in the historical downtown of Grove City and we became frequent customers of the local coffee shop and farmers market. While we lived at Broadway, we also adopted our first dog and were thrilled with how dog-friendly and accommodating they are. Within walking distance of several restaurant bars, library, park, and other local businesses. Parking spaces in front of buildings are designated spots $30 a month, the rest are on a first come first served basis. Fire house is close so you will often hear sirens, train is next to the complex so you will hear it as well. If you stay on the side of the street on occasion it can get really loud with drivers (music) or late at night on weekends with people leaving the bars, but doesn’t happen weekly. If you have loud neighbors you will be able to hear them. When front office is closed and you’re expecting deliveries (e.g Amazon) suppose on a Saturday night since the office is closed, Amazon will take your package back and you probably won’t get it back until Monday during business hours or s

Janna and Jamie are the best! They keep everything really organized. The community is very friendly! The restaurant and other hang outs are really fun. Overall wouldn’t want to live anywhere else other than Broadway Station!
