Broadway Lofts

I didn't want to write a review until I'd been living here for at least half a year. 6 months in and I absolutely LOVE it. The apartments are consistently kept clean and the maintenance staff are quick to repair anything that is needed. Jerrica was phenomenal at helping us get approved and moved into the building. I've not had a nicer staff to work with in any of my previous apartment complexes. The area is fantastic with lots of non-chain restaurants and cute boutiques. Groceries are also within walking distance. I hope to be able to live here for quite a bit! I highly recommend anyone wanting to move here.

Hey, just wanted to share some news! I’ve been here for 7.2years, and guess what? I’m finally moving out! I’m so grateful for the chance to work with Broadway Lofts and Jerrica, who’s such a fantastic person. The maintenance is spot-on, Eric is a wonderful guy. The neighbors are great too. Of course, no place is perfect. The neighborhood has its quirks, but you’re super close to everything. There have been a few times when homeless people have been in the building, but it’s been a work in progress, and it’s gotten much better overall. It’s not the building’s fault that we can’t control homelessness. For anyone new to the area, here’s a tip: there’s a park nearby, do not hang out there very dangerous

With the amount of craziness around & new residents coming to broadway lofts I feel a safety meeting including Englewood police dept. should happen. So all residents can see who lives here & why not to let random people in building and what to do if there is a run in with someone. And when & why to call police or Security

I’ve lived in these apartments long enough to say this used to be a decent place to live — but the management’s continued negligence has made it borderline unlivable. For months now, I’ve been dealing with an unusually high utility bill. Despite repeated attempts to get help, the management has done absolutely nothing to investigate or resolve the issue. I even discovered the meter appears to be mismapping usage, and still — no action, no answers. Just silence and a growing bill I shouldn’t be responsible for. That alone would be enough to frustrate anyone, but it doesn’t stop there. The building is not being maintained to basic health and safety standards. Homeless individuals frequently enter the premises and smoke fentanyl in shared spaces. This poses serious health risks to all resi
