Broadway House

Poor mangement I lived here for 2 going on 3years the office lady Ms nina is very rude she plays favoritism with many tenants that she likes The ones that are her least favorite if any problems occur she with play sides an have you removed or your least terminated. Many tenants including myself are awear that the maintenance man in D7 enters your home without concent as i let Ms Nina her know nothing has been done about it he entered my home and bedroom while I was sleeping with my child an he continues to work here. Other tenants (women) have stated he has entered thier home as well without concent and nothing has been done YET he is a creep so becareful The mangement team does not do there job the right way nor cares about the tenants safety .

The management team at Broadway House is easy to work with and very responsive. Sandra H. is especially helpful and attentive. I highly recommend Broadway House Apartments.

Love love living here I never see the manager unless I need too,, I like all my neighbors everyone looks out for me n it's just a great place to live I been here for 2 years now n I feel very lucky to have my own place now

They are too strict. They don’t try to reason with you and they make unreasonable rules

The lady that answered the office phone was RUDE she didn't want to give out any information on trying to rent there.
