The property is consistently immaculate, the common areas are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels intentional and elevated. Management is proactive rather than reactive, which makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day living. The residents are friendly and respectful, adding to the community feeling. From the moment I walked into Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter, DJ turned what could’ve been just another leasing tour into an absolutely exceptional experience. DJ greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even fun. DJ’s knowledge of the community — from floorplan details and amenity highlights to lifestyle benefits of the Scottsdale Quarter location — was impressive. They answered every question thoroughly (and honestly), helped me compare options, and made sure I felt confident about choosing the perfect apartment for my needs. What truly set DJ apart was their genuine care and responsiveness. They followed up quickly, provided clear next steps, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

I chose to live at a Mark-Taylor property because of the company’s stated Core Values & Principles. Unfortunately, when I needed them most, those values were nowhere to be found. After experiencing an attempted break-in to my unit at Broadstone Waterfront while I was home, I no longer felt physically safe living there. It was an incredibly distressing situation. Instead of being met with support and understanding during a time of real fear and uncertainty, I was met with rigid policy and zero flexibility. The best apartment I've lived in across the country. Office team is great, maintenance is quick and actually fixes things, quiet, neighbors are nice, clean, amenities just what you need, location is amazing, security makes you feel safe... I can go on and on. The office team treated me so well and actually cared. It felt like a home rather than a transaction.

Very happy and impressed living here. Erik, Julie, and Victor are all extremely nice and helpful. They really do care about the residents and it shows. I also want to give my appreciation to Adrian on the maintenance team. My dishwasher wasn't draining properly and after looking at it, he ordered a new one, no questions asked, and installed it 5 days later. The entire maintenance team is very friendly, but I have only had a personal experience with Adrian. The property is very well maintained as-well. I am very impressed and I recommend this property to anyone interested.
