Broadstone Vintage Park

I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and overall my experience has been very positive. Although the move-in occurred during the holidays and the staff was clearly very busy, everyone made a genuine effort to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. Catherine and the entire front desk team have been extremely accommodating and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they are willing to work with residents to resolve issues efficiently. While it can be difficult to reach the office by phone, they are responsive through other channels and address concerns quickly once contacted. The complex itself is very upscale, with minimal noise, high-quality appliances, and a well-maintained environment.

This is my second year living in Broadstone Vintage Park and I am very happy to have chosen these apartments. My wife and I would like to share our experience with Liliana Salas, who works as a Leasing Professional, and other members. She has been part of this residential community for several months. Throughout this time, Liliana has consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of efficiency, attentiveness, and commitment to residents. On several occasions, she provided us with clear and accurate guidance to address maintenance-related issues, taking the time to explain procedures and ensure all our questions were fully answered. Moved in this past weekend, the complex is nicely landscaped & well maintained. The apt has modern appliances, subway tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting & nice fixtures. I had several questions & concerns during the process of choosing Broadstone Vintage Park as my new home. Moving can be stressful & gives me anxiety, but the staff at the front desk were helpful in assisting me during the process, especially the leasing agent, Champina who gave me the tour of the complex. Champina was warm & welcoming, made me feel at home & helped alleviate some of the my anxiety by addressing my concerns, she was diligent about looking into things when I had questions. I’ve lived here for almost a month and have been pleasantly surprised. Catherine is great and always responsive to any concerns I may have. The property is well maintained and I love my apartment. I don’t have any complaints so far and would recommend this complex if you’re looking in the area!

I have lived at Broadstone Vintage Park for a year now (08/01/2024 - 09/02/2025) and could not say enough great things. Catherine, the leasing agent has been wonderful in answering my emails and promptly helping me with any requests i have ever had. The community and even the surrounding community is clean and well kept. My building, (bldg 1) was quite and peaceful with no problems. One of the things that impressed me the most was how quick and diligent the maintenance men were with my requests. I didn't have very many, clogged up drains, AC was acting up, and replacing my smoke alarm but each request was followed with some form of communication to coordinate my availability and within 24 hours my service request was taken care of. All of the amenities are wonderful and clean, the people a
