Living here has been the perfect downtown Nashville experience! Being in a mid-rise, I feel so much more connected to the city streets than I would in a massive high-rise. The walkability is unbeatable! I can easily head out to grab dinner in The Gulch or go shopping without ever needing my car. I also often enjoy the walking and running trails and the short walk to Fort Negley that has amazing views of the city at night. Five stars for the team here! The management and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to keep the building spotless. This is a pet friendly location, that’s for sure. I’ve lived at Broadstone SoBro for about 2.5 years and have really enjoyed my time here. I’ve lived in two different layouts, both well-designed and comfortable. The size of the building is perfect — not too overwhelming, and I never have to wait on the elevators, which was a constant issue at larger apartment complexes I’ve lived in around the city. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed.
