Broadstone New Territory Apartments

Visited this place today and it was a beautiful community. It’s right off 99 toll way, extremely convenient. The office staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The place was very clean and looked like a nice place to call home. I highly recommend giving them a visit.

Mrs. Latasha was absolutely amazing so sweet, kind, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the experience. We left feeling very pleased and informed. I would definitely recommend her every time!

I had an amazing experience with Latasha Berry! Even when I was just looking around four months before deciding to move in, she was incredibly helpful, respectful, and attentive to me and my family. When I finally decided to move in, the process was smooth and effortless. Everything I requested, like adding a light and fan in the living room and fixing a few things beforehand, was completed and ready on move-in day. If you’ve already decided to move in, she’s the person you definitely want to work with!

A great place to live. Have felt very secure and safe since my wife and I have moved in. We also would like to compliment property staff(maintenance/management) for their professionalism and kindness, and also would like to thank Deyante for always helping out when we have maintenance questions and or need help with an appliance.

Last night, my car had all 4 rims and tires taken and my car left on two cinder blocks while parked in the parking lot right in front of my apartment. When I went to the leasing office to talk to them, the property manager, Demond, came out to talk to me and told me that it wasn't the apartment's problem and I should have paid the extra $90 a month to park in a garage to prevent this from happening. Note, the front gate to the apartment complex has been left open for 30 days, which he even admitted to and made his boss aware of this happening as of yesterday (the 29th day it had been opened.) My car now has over $2,600 in damage due to the rims, tires, and dents holding the frame off the ground, and I very much feel like had the gate been fixed earlier, this wouldn't have been an issue. A
