Broadstone Memorial Park

I’ve been living at Broadstone for 3 months now and truly enjoy living here. They had a thoughtful gift at move in that the cat enjoyed too lol. But the community itself has nice amenities, the location is perfect which is what sold me along with a gas stove. The Manager Jay and Assistant Manager Tessa were so friendly and helpful during the process.

One of my favorite properties. Love this place. High end amenities. Easy access to I-10. Great resident events as seen in my pool party video. Pickle ball court on the roof. Two smart vending machines. A huge gym with multiple workout rooms with a view of downtown. Jay the manager is a consummate professional that keeps the property and his staff living up to high standards that is their normal and the management is very in touch and attentive to the residents wants and needs. They do the little things that matter and I highly recommend making this property your new home.

My family and I expected professionalism and basic habitability when we chose Broadstone, but what we have experienced from application through move‑in has been completely unacceptable. Before applying, every call was answered immediately. The moment we applied, communication stopped. My wife and I made over 20 calls and received only one or two responses. We were even sent an incorrect lease with a 72‑hour deadline, and my wife had to go in person just to get basic answers. We eventually had to contact corporate simply to get anyone to acknowledge us. That should never happen to any tenant. Three weeks passed between the corrected lease and our move‑in date — more than enough time to prepare a unit. Yet on move‑in day, we were told for the first time that the shower was not usable due t

I loved my stay for the 2 and a half years I was there. However the move out process and the new management is horrible. When new management came in that’s when everything started to go down hill with this place. Hall ways and elevators unkept, trash left in stairwells, my package went delivered my last month there. I emailed my notice of leave and didn’t get a response for a whole month and had to go to front office to alert them that I did emailed it a month ago. Moved out, and then they billed me an almost $500 bill!! They said because I paid my security deposit monthly it doesn’t count as a security deposit which I looked up online and it says that just because you pay it monthly is IT IS in fact still your security deposit. This apartment complex is amazing!! Its location right next to the freeway makes commuting super easy and convenient. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. It’s also very pet-friendly, which has been a huge plus for me. The staff here are truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always professional. love the vibe.. The amenities are top-notch and add so much value to everyday living. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
