Broadstone 7th Street

Broadstone 7th Street is truly a gem! My husband and I run a mobile coffee cart, and we’ve had the pleasure of serving the residents and staff at several of their community events. Every visit is a great experience. Jenn, the manager, and the entire leasing team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive — they always make us feel right at home. The residents are equally wonderful, and we can always count on warm conversations and great energy when we pop up. The building itself is well-kept, beautifully maintained, and the amenities are stylish and top-notch. We highly recommend Broadstone 7th Street to anyone looking for a thoughtfully managed community with a team that truly cares!

I moved into The Stewart in March 2025, and now four months in, I can confidently say choosing this building as my new home has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. From the cleanliness of the entire building (elevators, hallways, lobby, pool), to the on-site yoga studio with free weekly classes, to the unbeatable location (right in the heart of Phoenix’s vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene), everything here has exceeded my expectations. The maintenance crew is excellent, and most importantly, the front office staff truly makes this place feel like home. During business hours, even if it means going out of my way, I make a point to come in through the main entrance just to say hi. Truly impressed with this building and management team. The building is secure (this stands out as it is located on busy 7th st). Amenities and shared spaces are beautiful, enjoyable, and well maintained/cleaned daily! Issues are addressed promptly! The staff here is kind and I feel as though they genuinely care about the property and it’s residents. The assistant manager, Aubrey, knows my family by name - even after we’ve been living here for several months, she didn’t just forget about us after we signed a lease. The maintenance team is friendly and efficient. Neighbors are noticeably kind as well. We feel like we are truly residents here, belonging to a community…not just a number. I’ve personally never experienced that in the decade that I’ve been a renter in an apartment building.

I have toured the community a few times. Luke, Marla, Aubrey and Jenn do an amazing job. Price of the units are very affordable, amenities space is very comfortable. Maintenance team keeps the community looking great. Located in a great location with much to do!
