Liked this place. Got my full security deposit back despite leaving my screwholes unpatched, location is good, street parking was easy, maintenance and facilities are great, and I don't know what the walls are made of but the rooms are far quieter than any apartment I've ever lived in. Pest control was also excellent, never saw an insect except ones that flew though my open windows.

Currently in the process of getting ready to drop off the filing for a lawsuit against Udr INC for Physical Data Breach via Unauthorized Electronic Entry.Their leasing consultants went into my apartment complex without notice or an emergency and my entire identity was inside of my unit on my table Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this apartment complex and rent from somewhere else. There’s another review describing the same situation that I am describing most of the reviews that you see are not real reviews they are people who did a tour And we’re begged by leasing to leave a review. I’ve been living here for three months. So far everything‘s been going really smooth. I have very kind neighbors. The walls surprisingly sturdy so sound does not travel to other people’s apartments. It’s very quiet and I enjoy the amenities. Great spot to move to.

I had a really great experience living here while my wife was attending Temple University! The management team was super friendly and always quick to help — even when I had to update the lease a few times during our two-year stay. I also got my security deposit back right on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a safe, affordable, and comfortable place to live — perfect for anyone connected with Temple University. Highly recommend!

I love living here! The building and my apartment are so nice and THE VIEW from my windows cannot be beat! It’s not typical city loud or busy but you’re still really close to downtown so it’s very convenient. It’s also not awfully hard for your guests to find free street parking. I really love walking along the Fairmount St area as well. It feels pretty safe in this neighborhood by Philly standards, and Fairmount is a really nice neighborhood to walk with lots of trees and people with kids and out walking their dogs. The rooftops are absolutely beautiful and have nice and well maintained greenery which is very unique for Philly; I really enjoy sitting outside and reading on nice days. I am happy here and happily renewed my lease, and will likely renew again in the future unless they rais
