Broadmoor Plaza Apartments

Would not recommend this place at all. I have only lived here 3 months and been treated so poorly. The neighbors fight/party every single night and the first time I brought this to management they told me I can call the police department. After the first time, I get no response by text/call/email for over 2 months. The maintenance is very below average. It took nearly a month for someone to come when my shower drain was completely clogged when moving in (which means no taking a shower). I have now had no heat for weeks and is 50 degrees in my house and no one has initiated anything on the ticket yet. Seems like once they get you in, they do not care about any issues you are having. I have asked to move out multiple times and heard nothing back. You can't get a response from these people. V
