Broad River Village Apartments

I lived here for a year and it was the most horrible living experience i have ever had. The original office manager from the beginning had a disgusting attitude and was never helpful. I was asked multiple times about if i received government assistance after telling her over and over that i don't. I had to call in a work order for many things upon moving in even though i was the first to live in this specific unit. My doors weren't sealed correctly and caused many bugs to get in. One day maintenance showed up to fix things without warning, i allowed them to come in to fix these things anyways. I stayed in my kitchen feeding my one year old lunch while they tended to work orders in my bedroom. Both maintenance men were in my room, once they left i realized that they stole 100$ cash out of m

I had a great experience with Broad River Village Apartments in Beaufort, SC. The community is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The leasing staff was very helpful, especially Samara and Angelica. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions and help with anything I needed. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Broad River Village to anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent customer service.

I love this place. It's just like any where else your going to have your good and bad we have just had a lot more good than bad. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Neighbors are great and the pool is awesome. My family loves it and my animals one dog and a cat think this place is heaven. I love the location. This place is definitely all about location, location, location. There's just too much good stuff to write about this place. I've always been a firm believer that home is where you make it and I'm glad to call Broad River Village my home.

Apartment Complex Application Experience, 4 days My experience with their leasing team at this complex over a four day period was highly unprofessional and frustrating. I was initially interested in the Pampano unit, which I'm sure most people are. It was advertised at approximately $1300 on their site, Zillow, Apartments.com and more. Timeline of Misinformation Initial Inquiry: I was immediately told there was no availabiliy for the Pampano unit. The only available units were those priced at $1800 and up, which ok fine, I'll check back in just in case. You never know when prices fluctuate daily. This was around 4pm-5pm, end of day. Day 2 (Friend's Inquiry): I was unable to call myself, I had a friend inquire. The information changed again. The $1800 units were no longer mentioned, and

This is an amazing apartment complex with beautiful grounds and beautiful apartments! The management is amazing and really easy to work with. They take amazing care of the property and their renters. Highly recommend renting from here!
