Broad Ripple Townhomes

When I was going through a very nasty divorce five years ago, I needed a quiet place to decompress and really make it my own. Broad Ripple Townhomes has been my sanctuary to heal and find love again. Katherine and Marty are an amazing team. They are quick to respond and help with whatever issues are going on, they are friendly and so kind. The area is awesome and within walking distance of everything Broad Ripple. I can't say enough good things about my time here. Katherine and Marty, you will be missed!

Enjoyed my time living here for 10 years until we outgrew the space and moved recently. Great spot for anyone, especially 20/30s, interested in walkable restaurants, bars, and trails - also within walking distance from the broad ripple dog park! The townhomes are well laid out and make pretty good use of the space for the sqft. The large deck and basement are a huge bonus and give you a lot more main floor room. I think the property owner cares about the complex, and does a good job keeping the landscaping, parking lot, decks, etc. updated and in good shape. The management and maintenance is a great small team who’s easy to get ahold of and quick to resolve any issues. Feels personal in a good way, not like a large corporation. I've lived at several apartment complexes and Katherine (property manager) and Marty (maintenance) are the best team. They keep the property looking amazing and are very attentive to any requests. 10/10 would recommend living here.

We loved living here and Katherine the property manager, and Marty the maintenance guy were a HUGE reason why! They were friendly, had great communication, and were very reliable. The location was great, right near the Monon Trail, and we loved how much space we got for the cost. We wish all property managers could be like Katherine! These apartments would not be the same without her!

I looked at several places and was so impressed with the service from Dana, that this will be my new home. The apartments are good but for me, service is everything. Dana and everyone I met were so friendly, kind and caring. I can see why there are so many positive reviews for Dana. I'm excited to move in next week and want to thank Dana again.
