Broad Creek Apartments

I recently had a extremely bad incident in which my car was vandalized. Broken windshield, smashed the hood of my car. Police was called but to no avail! And then to top it off I found out that the neighbor how had the party that lead to my car being vandalized hot in here and off the waiting list early was due to her having her family member working in the office... her name is "Bre" I've been here for 8 years now and I've never been thru this. People in the office change and the rules change with it. Folks in the office let their family members in before the people who actually been on the waiting list for years! This is disgusting! And here I am coming outta pocket because I need my car for work but I can't drive it because of how bad they damaged my windshield. And yes I called the off

I applied here 4yrs ago kept calling to check my application was told to call back the first time second time no answer third time I waa told by "Bre" my application was approved to come in to do paperwork took the day off to get there to tell me application was lost and they couldn't locate it now im homeless sleeping in a car lost everything because of a person game playing her family kept interrupting every 5 to 10 family member was in the way nonstop she lefted didn't return after a 32 minute wait I lefted

I've lived here for about 4 years and I can say that I've watched Broad Creek grow to a great community. It started off rough with the previous staff, but I am VERY happy with the new staff. One person in particular Ms.Roneisha Willie, has been a great help in making sure everything from maintenance requests to the re-certification process, goes smoothly. I appreciate the improvement in customer service to match such a beautiful development. I am happy to be a resident. 😊

My 5 stars goes to the office manger Sparkle and the maintenance staff when I have an issue and communicate it with her she responds back immediately and gets the issue rectified in a timely fashion. She exhibits great customer service skills and is always available and ready to help when she can!

I AM A 8 YEAR RESIDENT HERE! I LOVED MY HOUSE UNTIL BRE FROM THE RENTAL OFFICE STARTED MOVING ALL HER FAMILY IN HERE!!! Someone please give me the number to the corporate office because nobody in the rental office gets anything done. My car was completely vandalized due to a 19 year old resident named Jartaysia Parker. I called the cops, went to the renal office and still nothing. Other neighbors have complained and still nothing. But she also has family in the office and one of which is Bre. I spoke to Ronnisha( property manager) about everything that happen and i basically got dismissed! Mind you the female who damaged my car has a video door camera but claims it wasn't working on the night of the incident! How convenient!
