This company manages Pointe Orlando, One of the least visitor friendly properties in the entire Orlando area.My family was verbally harassed by the valet at this parking facility. After paying a parking fee plus a tip, we were verbally accosted because the whining valet said we made him wait to long after calling for our car. This is the kind of nonsense that can ruin a family vacation. Stay away from their properties

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! On June 5th, 2025- I was at a Brixmor property in Clearwater, Florida. A large oak tree fell on my car and 2 other vehicles. Mine sustained over $6000 worth of damage and will be in the shop for over 2 weeks, another vehicle was totaled. I notified their Senior Property Manager- Greg Lenners to start a claim. I sent pictures of the damages and he claimed more than once to be “unable to open them”- so I waste time resending, reformatting, minimizing, zip foldering- every possible way. I even had someone else verify that there’s no way he can’t see these photos. Greg has since ghosted me, so I left a message through their corporate offices with their “Risk Management Department” - who Greg was supposed to be communicating with.

Don't be fooled by the big name and security cameras, they don't monitor anything once you sign the lease.
