Our management experience with Brix has been superb! The house we rented has a lot of "little touches" such as a dog waste station, great signage laying out the expectations and even a first aid kit. The house itself is "cute". Comfy king beds in both bedrooms! The lower living room is our fav on these cold CO nights with the gas fireplace. Parts of the house have a quaint cabin feel. While I could be petty and find things to complain about, these guys have been so responsive to any and everything we've asked, it would simply be me looking for a reason to b!tch

Very welcoming, informative, flexible and accommodating. They work hard for their clients! I like them because at other places I have to fit their requirements, but at Brix they are helping me find solutions that are able to fit my situation.

Hats off to Jay for his diligence and hard work on my property. Besides being the funniest guy I know, he is a great agent and your home is his business. You cannot go wrong with Jay and the team at Brix.

Terrible experience at one of their properties. Property was horrifically dirty. Bad business ethics overall, would not recommend staying at one of their properties ever!
