Brittany Place Apartments

I lived at Britany places apartments since april 2012. Since Levco company took this property totally change in outstanding way. Very response in every single aspect. The manager as well the rest of the staff will explain every single detail. The location is centerally locate it. easy access to I-64,close to the airport and count with an awesome fire dept right at the corner!! I will give them 20 stars ,but google limit is to 5.

Don’t let these 5 star review promos fool you. Negative 17 stars. Yes, that’s a thing now —because this place earned every last one. Welcome to Roach Ritz, where the bugs outnumber the tenants and the trash has been there so long it’s probably on the lease. The dumpsters are always full, because apparently “trash pickup” is just a concept, not a service. But hey, at least the piles of garbage match the aesthetic: total neglect chic. The office staff? Picture DMV vibes but with less charm. They’re rude, unhelpful, and act like you’re personally inconveniencing them by… living there. Need help? Maintenance does not care about fixing anything. I have been dealing with a bug infestation in this apartment for the last 3 weeks, roaches have been showing up on my kitchen almost daily despite the fact that I deep clean it and the living room every day, mosquitoes and gnats have been showing up in my bathroom and I've gotten multiple bug bites from living here as a result. I have put in 3 requests for maintenance to come send pest control over here yet I haven't even received a call back or any type of acknowledgement from them about it. I do not pay 1600 dollars a month to live with a bug infestation and this is extremely disgusting and unacceptable and they need to do a lot better than this.

Melissa at the front desk did an amazing job assisting us with the whole process from start to finish, she was extremely helpful and very friendly and easy to communicate with, definitely my favorite front desk so far!

I am getting sick and tired of putting in requests about bugs. This is getting ridiculous because I don’t understand it. We just told the front office last week that everything was fine but I guess not. We keep our house clean and today we seen 2. What is going on in this apartment complex ? Imagine paying almost 2000 dollars and having to deal with a disgusting problem. We have an infant in this house. When will this problem stop? You can’t be comfortable in your new home because you never know when it may come back and it’s a shame because these are nice apartments. Nobody constantly wants to have pest control running in and out every 2 weeks taking stuff out of the house. It’s a lot. Please help find a solution because we are tired .
