Britany Village Apartments

I would give this place zero stars if I could, but Google requires at least one star. The property itself is nice, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the manager, assistant manager, and maintenance staff make living here very unpleasant. The manager is consistently rude and dismissive. Whenever residents come into the office with questions or concerns, she acts bothered and unwilling to help. The assistant manager is also rude and appears to judge and discriminate against people based on appearance. I have personally overheard her speaking negatively about current and prospective residents, which is completely unprofessional. As for maintenance, the issues are rarely fixed properly. I’ve loved living here! The community is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and everything is always well-kept. Management is Great, Neighbors are Great!!! I have never had a problem living here, since I work night shifts this property is very Quiet which is a plussss. Shoutout to office staff for Always keeping up With My Requests!!

I had a great experience at Britany Apartment Complex and want to give a shout out to Mr. Justin for making the entire process smooth and stress free. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was clear and easy from start to finish. When we moved into our apartment, it was spotless, freshly cleaned, and exactly what we were expecting. Everything was ready for us and it truly made a great first impression. Thank you, Justin for your professionalism and kindness. I will gladly recommend these apartments 100%.

When I first walked in I observed how they handled request for apt repairs and they are on top of it!! The ladies in the office are so helpful and patient, they explained the process, my questions and even when they are jam packed busy they provide great customer service. As a blue collar worker that works 10,12,14 hour shifts I love that they gave me the peace in mind that they do not let kids or neighbors be loud, the apartments are clean and the areas aura is calm. The previous apt my spouse lived in had children JUMPING AND RUNNING ON THE SECOND FLOOR, we stayed downstairs , people SCREAMING AT 7am-2am! I am so happy to know these apts have ZERO TOLERANCE for that inconsiderate behavior.

I just moved in today and the entire process was really easy and great. Justin made everything such a smooth process, and was really patient and overall helpful. Glad I was able to get a place here!
