I absolutely love living here, these luxury apartments truly set the standard. From the moment you walk in, everything feels thoughtfully designed, modern, and high-end. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with quality finishes that make it feel like a true home, not just a place to live. The amenities are also 10/10 What really makes this community exceptional, though, is the staff. They are outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. This review is for Ashley Giraldo, leasing manager. We toured recently with Ashley, and she was genuinely wonderful to work with. Ashley was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our time—walking us through the community, amenities, and a few unit options without any pressure. We really appreciated how clearly she answered our questions and pointed out details we wouldn’t have known to look for. While we ultimately decided to go in a different direction, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Ashley Giraldo to anyone touring here.

The wait was really worth it. Brisolé is a beautiful property with great amenities. I love the pool area! I was a bit hesitant at first because of some of the reviews but after my tour of the apartments I was hooked. The leasing and management staff are awesome and really made me feel comfortable. Right now they are just starting to lease but I am looking forward to meeting my neighbors. But right now I am just glad to be moved in and settled. Thanks to the staff for all their help. Looking forward to have a great experience in my new home.

The amenities are fantastic! I toured with Ashley and she was AMAZING! Came back for a second look and toured with Michelle. Equally AMAZING! Can't wait to move in!

Not a fan. Parking garage buildings are really ugly from Dowden. The Developer claimed they couldn’t route the entrance over the gas easement and proceeded to install sidewalks over the easement. How is all of the traffic going to get in and out of this development? Trying to go left on Dowden during the school day is a nightmare.
