The rent is expensive. It doesn't have community amenities, no picnic area, no fitness center, no pool. The AIR CONDITIONER NEVER WORKS, so you have to buy AC and a heater. The trash can is a mess, nasty, has problems with rats on the ceiling, ckroaches, and flies. POOR management, the community areas are dirty. In the parking lot there are people living in cars and at night you can't find a spot to park. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have had my car towed twice, unlawfully. The office has not taken accountability for NOT properly registering my vehicle upon me signing up. Due to the negligence of the Office Staff at Indio Management, I paid hundreds of dollars to get my vehicle released. I have spoke with a civil attorney and this matter is a breach in Terms of Agreement regarding parking. #1.the day I moved in I properly followed instructions to register vehicle. Upon the completion of registration instruction, I received an email stating that the office would then approve the authorization. #2. of course the office never completed the registration, even after me mentioning to them that I received a confirmation email.
