My family had actually a great experience renting with Brinkerhoff 2021-2023. Steve wasnt the most social guy but he was professional and always helpful. Any issue we had they took care of literally that day unless it was a weekend or whatever. The apartment we rented was very nice, never a bug or mold or funky smells. We loved our apartment and reminisce very fondly on our time there. We cleaned the apartment spotless and had the carpets professionally cleaned and got our deposit back no questions or hiccups. Also I received a package 3 weeks after we moved out and they held it at the office until I could come pick it up. Genuinely shocked to see such a low google rating. We'd 100% rent with them again.

Odd. Just odd. I got the weirdest vibe from these people like they have no idea about Florida laws. If something breaks the owner is obligated to replace it. What type of lease do these people actually provide? Now I understand why places have been for rent for over a year. Why is it so difficult in this country to actually have decent property management? Why do people have to lie, steal, be a knowledgeable, rude, and everything else? People have the right to live in a happy and peaceful environment, however, nobody wants to provide that. It’s all about the money. That’s it. Remember, greed is the root of all evil! Get your story straight learn how to do your job the correct way and maybe your ratings will change. I am not impressed at all, and I am totally passing on that property. Good

If I could I would give them zero’s. They are crooks. Back in the day they took over a home I was renting I had just renewed my contract when they took over they showed up early in the morning introduced themselves said I had to sign a new lease as they are now in charge and have raised my rent . They more then doubled it. Back then I was young didn’t know that was illegal. Wonder how many people they screwed as I never got a security back and my home was spotless. Still have photos as proof of that. I warn as many as I can stay away from these crooks

I have property the is against one handled by Brinkerhoff, Steve in particular. During Hurricane Matthew two trees fell into my yard destroying my fence and the fence on their property. I understand how property laws work. I never asked for a penny in getting all of trees and stumps removed. They did not offer any assistance either. That's all fine. The issue is that for the past two months I have called, left messages on voice mails, left messages with receptionist without ever receiving a call back. All I am asking is that they clean up THEIR side of the fence. Their old fence and the debris from whats left of those trees are still entangled on their fence and mine. I do not feel I should have to pay the people who are going to replace my fence to clean up their property. My fir

First off, I dont think I've ever posted a review for any company I've dealt with. But I am appalled at how unprofessional the property manager is much less the company. I called to follow up with an application I submitted to find out the status. I called for OVER A WEEK before I was finally able to speak with the property manager Steve who pulled my application and finally told me I was denied, which was the purpose of my call. However, he proceeded to tell me what type of person I was based on a issue in 2015 on my credit file. I was simply calling to find out if I was approved or denied. People go thru trials in life and mine was having a baby in 2015 and out on maternity leave with no pay resulting in me having to move from my current home. I have been at my current job for almost 4 y
