We've been working with Brink since 2016 to manage our 20-unit apartment building, and they have been truly outstanding. They stay on top of every detail—from ensuring maintenance is completed promptly for our tenants to turning around vacant units quickly and getting them posted online. They also maintain an excellent network of service providers, handymen, and contractors for projects of all sizes. When we remodeled a few units, they acted as project leads and delivered fantastic results on time and within budget. We've been through a lot with them over the years, and it has always turned out positively. Having worked with other property management companies where the experiences were the complete opposite, I can't recommend Brink enough.
