Absolutely unacceptable rental management. I’ve repeatedly reported serious safety and health concerns to this company, and nothing has been done. • Found rat droppings under the kitchen sink • Black mold in the bathroom has led to symptoms of mold sickness • Roof leaks when it rains — I reported it, and still no action • A burner on the stove caught fire while I was cooking — a major fire hazard Despite multiple notifications and requests for repairs, they’ve shown zero urgency or responsibility. These are not minor inconveniences — they’re dangerous, unsanitary, and legally questionable. Tenants deserve better than to be ignored when their health and safety are at risk.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT expect to get your deposit back!! I literal made sure that place looked better than it did when I moved in and they still took my ENTIRE deposit and added on more charges than what my deposit was!!! I have pictures and videos of everything when I moved out showing how it was left when I moved out, but taking them to court would probably be a waste of time dealing with those crooks. When I moved in it wasn’t even clean and it was NOT in good condition, but they will expect you to have it in perfect condition when you move out! Mrs. Jamie got me and my family setup very quickly. I viewed the place, applied and was handed the keys in one week. They were very helpful. Me and the kids absolutely LOVE our new spot. Highly recommend this company and this group of people!

I didn’t trust the reviews but I should have. Worst company I have ever rented from. They tried charging me thousands of repairs that made no sense, they sent a repair man that was in my house for 5 minutes and immediately accused me for anything wrong w their amenities and roach infestation and tried to charge me for a new stove which actually after I had it checked it worked just fine but they did not care for anything I said. They were threatening and cruel. I hated that I rented from them and regret it. The home was fine but the experience I had with them was the worst… I stayed in that house for 8 hours to clean everything and leave it as spotless as I could, painted and patched what I could on my own but the ridiculous amount they charged me was unfair and all they could do is threat

I will never rent from them again and will not recommend. They were very rude and unprofessional when they called my phone. I moved out and informed someone in the office I was moving out and because they have lack of communication on their part; they're trying to keep my deposit saying I still owe them. I would not recommend. If I could put 0 stars I would. I took videos and pics of me moving out and cleaning that house up. If I have to get a lawyer I will. Y'all are playing people out of their money
