Brightwood Plaza Apartments

I’ve lived here since Sept of 2022, and I really like my apt and the grounds. The other residents are very friendly, and maintenance is quick to respond. There’s a nice pool and plenty of parking plus everything is kept very nice. They just replaced all the windows, and they’re always updating other things. Yes, the rent is high but all utilities are included so that’s one perk. There’s laundry and garbage chutes on each floor, and the outdoor facilities are really nice.

My mom lived here years ago. It was nice then and still is nice. Apartments are spacious, great storage and closets. They have been updated but no W/dryer in units! And sadly no balconies, but the shared outdoor space/yard is large.

We have been in the building for almost 2 years. Before we move here, I was concern about these comments about Karen and her team. We have been treated with respect, with attention and open arms since day 1. I’m foreigner and we have 2 kids (the baby was born on the first year here). We have celebrated many life events on site and we never had any problem with anybody. Very friendly neighbors, good amenities, plenty of parking, quite place, swimming pool, grill and more. Karen and Ángela are very helpful all times and we had never felt mistreated because our race or anything. If you have a problem, they will fix it really fast. So we are really content with the Apartament, neighbors, building, maintenance, administration and all about this place. The rent is all included and you don’t

I lived there for several years and I am glad to be gone!!! The managerment was one of the main reasons I moved out. I liked my apartment and my neighbors were nice, but the manager Karen had no professionalism and did not know how to treat people with respect. She always sounded angry and annoyed when calling to the office. Also racist towards foreigners and people of other races. Kicked out a foreign woman and her child for bogus reasons. Think twice before moving in here.

Brightwood Plaza are beautiful, spacious apartments. I hesitate to use the word apartments, as when you walk in the front door, it is a feeling of a private condo. It is managed by an excellent staff and maintenence.
