Love the location management is unwilling to investigate any issues you have i have made numerous complaints that fell on deaf ears and they are very rude when you make a issue of it with them it a shame because the location is beautiful need to add people with some form of customer service experience we are condo owner we should be treated with respect and support when we have issues i like the tenants no other issues just management

*1/5 stars* I've been a resident at Brightwater Towers Condominium for 28 years and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The management team is consistently unhelpful and rude, showing no interest in addressing the building's issues. One of the most concerning problems is the lack of attention to security. The cameras on the premises are rarely monitored, which has led to multiple instances of motorcycle theft in the parking lot. It's unacceptable that residents' property is not being protected. Despite numerous complaints, management has failed to take adequate action to improve the situation. It's clear that they are not invested in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents. Unless significant changes are made, I would not recommend Brightwater Towers C

parking lot is prone to being vandalized or burglarized there is one front entrance where any one can come in and the only thing they have to keep outsiders out is a small warning sign that says 24 hour surveillance which is useless surveillance because the security guard does not have any feed to the parking lot and there is a small window of any sort of patrol for security cars most of the time it is unguarded and any one can come in and do whatever they want. I have had property stolen and vandalized multiple times and the board says there is nothing much they can do.

The Bright Water Tower management is terrorizing the people who has animals. They will give you unreasonable fines straight way, even though the house rules says that a warning will be sent out first. Nop, they want your money , your misery, they want to make this place something that will resonates with a concentration camp and not a condominium. Your sweet home will became a place of fear and despair, where you will have no rights , don’t buy or rent an apartment at Bright Water Towers , because the Russian management will make your life miserable!
