Brighton Townhomes

My name is Ashley. I am a current resident at the Brighton Townhomes. My experience has been amazing . I am coming up on a year of living here. The maintenance team is very prompt with resolving issues. The manager Nicole is amazing and very understanding. Communication is key and you will be fine at the Brighton Townhomes. The units are spacious the bus stop is close for those who have kids. Just all around a great and safe community.

I toured Brighton and absolutely loved the property! It’s so well kept, you can tell that the management team truly cares. I do want to give a lot of praise to the team but, especially wanted to give credit to the Assistant Property Manager, Nicole & the Property Manager, Taylor. They stayed in contact with me throughout me touring different townhome communities while I was on the search. I’m going to be moving to Brighton in February & I genuinely appreciate the “touching base” throughout my search. I’m excited to call Brighton home here in the next few months!

I’ve been living at Brighton townhomes in Acworth, GA since mid November and really enjoying it! I’ve had a very good rapport with assistant manager, Nicole, and she’s been instrumental in getting me through the early stages of moving in and getting settled. The maintenance staff has been very helpful as well and very prompt!

I am a resident here and I absolutely love it. My HVAC system went out and they repaired it with no problems. Nicole and James the maintenance man, are swift with responses. I recommend this community to anyone! 😁

From touring us around to move-in day, Nicole and her team at Brighton have been fantastic. This was hands down the easiest move in experience I’ve had in a while. The homes are beautiful and spacious. I love how new they are. The neighborhood is nice and quit. We had a couple of maintenance items at move in and while they haven’t been taken care of yet, I am confident they will be taken care of promptly. Shout out Kaylee in leasing as well; Thank you!
