Brighton Square Apartments

I have lived here for the last two and a half years and love living here. When I first moved in Ray was quick to respond and work with me to get moved in quickly. The place is clean, the units are very large, and they have been hands on with keeping the property well maintained. One of the other great points is the rent. As a housing case manager myself I know how expensive living in Washington has become and they’ve continued to keep the rent extremely reasonable for all they offer. Just recently I had some changes to my household and Sasha helped us transition smoothly. If you are looking for your next home please consider moving here. If I could give zero stars, I would. My son lived here for over a year and the management was never around. They never fix the garbage as it was constantly overflowing and everywhere across the ground. He was given a ridiculous set of rules not just for the outside, but inside of the apartment as well. It’s also states that it’s pet friendly but he was denied on even a service animal upon questioning. One of the building complexes was even infested with bugs for a long time. And he spoke of never being able to get ahold of Ray, Mary or Sasha, the literal owners of this apartment. I could definitely go on for more but hearing him tell me this even made me exhausted. And I live nowhere near there. I’m surprised it’s not condemned. Horrible place. Would not recommend living here.
