If you enjoy being relentlessly harassed and fined by an HOA for the egregious offenses of having a weed or two in your plant bed, leaving your garbage bin at the road longer than a few hours after pickup, or parking along the side of the street even though the rest of the neighborhood parks the same way but don’t seem to be bothered, then this is the community for you. And if you’re lucky, as a bonus, you might be blessed with some wonderful neighbors who like to stop you outside and ask you why you cut your grass shorter than they do, or that you mowed two inches onto their side of the lawn and you mowed too low, or that you need to shape your shrubbery better, or why do you leave your front porch light on all the time, etc. Can’t wait to move.

The classrooms are extremely small and some have no windows making them look like a closet. It's very claustrofobic with 21 chilldren in it. Transportation the first day took more than 2 hours to get the kids home. technology at this point is non existing. if the buses are late in the morning, they kids get sent to class with no breakfast. the mandatory voluntary hours policy is ridiculous. how can volunteering in school be mandatory?!!

I was there today visiting some friends beautiful place to live on Pleasant hill rd, as you are driving through you can admire the view of lakes with shooting fountains and the peaceful surroundings of the neighborhood. 👍🏻🤩

Never live here the gated community is a joke it’s does not have a good protection for the hoa home owners that pay a total of $100 a month for a stupid fee that goes straight into the pockets of the hoa that lets them spend money on a horrible gate that you press a green button to come in on top of that the cars in here are never safe my car was stolen and my neighbors car was stolen too this isn’t the first time people break into home owners cars and even homes aren’t safe here I highly do not recommend Brighton lakes to anyone
