Brighton Farms

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and major roads. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and good storage. Alie was very responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed maintenance. Any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The neighbors are respectful, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to live.

- They charge for pest control but apartments are completely irreversibly infested with german roaches. Had to throw nearly everything away when we left. - Neighbors above us we had to call the police weekly due to violence, neighbors beside us had to call maybe monthly due to having full on parties and blasting speakers all night. Situation was never remedied and we suffered the entire year we lived there. - Apartment was disgusting when we moved in, would not replace cabinets and drawers even though they were encrusted with roach poop. - Maintenance would not come for weeks, and when they did come they would either not fix the problem or they would bust in without permission. Entered when my girlfriend was home alone and half-naked and police had to be called. - Dog park was never cleane

When I first moved in 2 years ago . Everything was fine. Now fast forward to 2025 everything has changed. The unit above me is completely rude and disrespectful to the point I have to call the non emergency number for noise complaints. The constant speeding in the parking lot and the road that runs through. The smell of weed to the point or making me extremely sick. Something needs to change I shouldn’t have to deal with The stupidness of other people with the rent that I pay. I also work over night so I sleep during the day , but can’t because the disrespectful people

One of the absolute worst places i I've experienced the property is beyond under satisfactory. The appliances are so old&outdated they either fall apart completely or catch fire. The maintenance department is lacking in personnel to address maintenance concerns. I would never recommend this property for well established families nor starter families, or anyone for that matter

My move in was a breeze!! My home was very clean and Spacious. Im in love with my new apartment.
