I absolutely love this property! I toured with Alyssa, and she was fantastic. So knowledgeable, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The amenities, especially the gym and library, really stand out. The apartments are incredibly spacious, and the location couldn’t be better. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for their next home.

I recently toured Brigham Apartments while looking for a new place downtown, and I was really impressed. The building is beautiful, super clean, modern, and right in the heart of Salt Lake City. The amenities were a big standout: an indoor pool and hot tub, a really nice gym, and even a quiet business lounge that would be perfect for working from home. The apartments themselves felt spacious, with high ceilings, big windows, and updated finishes. I loved that every unit has a washer and dryer and some have great views of the city or the mountains. The leasing team was friendly and patient, answering all my questions without being pushy. Roberto took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored the tour to my needs. He answered all my questions clearly and made the process easy and enjoyable. I’m a contractor that has serviced the Brigham Apartments for over 30 years. I service many multi family units and this property is one of my favorites. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to experience downtown living. Management is awesome to work with. They care about the property; the building and ammenities are always top notch. Management makes every effort to meet the needs and requests of their tenants.

Brigham is such a great place to live! I love the proximity to downtown. Roberto, Alyssa, Chelsea, Carl, Max, Nate, and Julls are so courteous and professional. I felt right at home here. Highly recommend!
