This apartment isn't safe. I don't think they're racist because I'm not American. The staff is so rude. I didn't want to terminate the contract. Until this happened... my kids used to live in the apartment. At the end of October last year, a car parked in the parking lot of there apartment was stolen. At the end of January, my daughter was in her apartment room, and someone opened a window and breaking into the room. My children were scared and could not stay in this apartment anymore. My kids said they felt like someone was stalking them. I spoke to the apartment manager and asked him to talk to the manager. When I called, Nicole (manager) did not answer the phone or e-mail. This apartment will make up fees every single month and charge you. You can go over the front office and call RPM living with zero call backs from anyone. Look up rpm living on better business bureau before moving in. I’ve had a gap in my door since moving in. The maintenance request keeps getting marked “completed” without being handled. If you go into the office the manager will give you her personal email address and not respond at all. If you call and ask her she’s never available. Maintenance will tell you he knows there a roach problem and “you just have to tell with it”. Pictures of the disgusting walk ways.

This apartment is unsafe. My daughter is currently living in this apartment. At the end of October last year, a vehicle parked within the apartment complex was stolen and later involved in an accident, . After reporting it to the police, the car was found, but it had already been damaged, and the thief had escaped and could not be found. Because this apartment complex does not have CCTV cameras, the thief could not be apprehended. The insurance company took the car and, after review, decided to total loss. Then, around January 20th, my daughter was in her room when someone opened her window and looked inside. When they made eye contact, the person ran away. If you enjoy peace and quiet, attentive property managers and engineers, and having your maintenance requests resolved quickly...DON'T MOVE HERE! The 'ongoing treatment for a bug issue' as I was told when we moved in last year, is a full blown roach infestation. At this point the building (11 and probably 12) should be vacated and sandblasted....or burned down. Their so called pest control is completely worthless...but you will certainly see that pest control charge on your monthly lease statement. There is trash everywhere around the complex. In the breezeways, the shrubbery, the parking lot, the grounds and the woods behind the buildings. Pretty sure the Valet trash pick up driver distributes more trash than they pick up. And you better get on You tube and learn how to fix anything yours

I'm really happy here! The apartment is comfortable and the maintenance team is always available to help! The people in the administration are kind and helpful! The manager has an empathetic and humanized service! For two years this is my favorite place to live!
