Briergate Apartments

Briergare Apartments are no longer available as they have been brought and renovated by another rental company!

The property has been baught out by NEW PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ! I was worried going in to check an apartment out due to all the mixed reviews but I'm in desperate need of a place ! But as I got there & chit chatted with my the property manager she was so sweet & kind I really clicked well with her despite the bad reviews. I went and seen an apartment in the back of the complex I believe it was called elwin street, the apartment was VERY nice, clean , new paint , new carpet , nothing was broken or leaking. I'm not sure about the old owners but these new owners are doing a fantastic job, nothing I seen matches the reviews. I'm really hoping to get the apartment, I'm just waiting to discuss things over with my husband but I really am digging the place ! It was absolutely in great clean conditio

Moved in September 2016. I wasn't shown my apartment until day to move in. The website itself claims they offer tour--lie #1. The kitchen was missing a screen, and water constantly flowed behind kitchen faucet. Both were reported and never fixed. Bathroom floor had pieces of tile missing, no lock on door. Window in second bedroom didnt open. Report after report for maintenance went ignored. The entryway to the apartments was never cleaned properly--huge webs and dust all over the walls and the windows covered in filth. All the cleaning lady does is sweep and mop. My apartment constantly smelled of pot because the apartment below mine had tenants who smoked it on daily basis. There's always fighting and drug deals happpening. In December a lady was robbed in the parking lot. We saved a girl

They lie. The webpage states 2bedroom with a Den is $740. When I called, they even sent a email with the apartment saying it was 740. Go for a tour of the apartment, and they tell you it's 970. $230 increase. Just a bait and switch.

I wouldn't RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! THEY are not only Mice there's Bed bug's, No entry area lighting, It's also DRUG HAVEN. I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE DUE TO THE LIVING CONDITIONS & I was LUCKY ENOUGH THAT THEY WERE BEING BOUGHT OUT BY ANOTHER COMPANY. APPARENTLY THEY AREN'T DOING ANY BETTER FROM THE SOUNDS OF IT HAPPY TO BE DONE WITH THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN APARTMENT LIVING.
