I was a resident at this Phoenix community for about five years. During that time, there were several staff changes in the office and maintenance departments. In my experience, communication could sometimes be challenging, especially by phone. I found the online resident portal to be the most effective way to submit requests.Response times varied, which I understand can happen in a large complex. The staff I interacted with were generally courteous. After moving out in late 2025, I received a final statement with charges I did not anticipate. The management and maintenance team that operate this community are top tier! Very responsive with any inquiries or maintenance needs. They made transferring to a new unit so smooth. My family and I are happy to be extending our lease.

1 warning, a few ravings. If you're like me and don't mind bugs in the wild but can't stand them in your home, don't get a first floor apartment. This is my first ever 1st floor apartment, I want to be here for at least 2-3 years but finding roaches makes me not want to bring my stuff in. I moved in on a Saturday (6 days ago) and Pest control comes on Fridays, so when I realized there were roaches I was S.O.L and paid for another month of storage. This morning there was a roach in my bag. I fought the urge to throw the whole thing away. And I hate that they say "I haven't had any reports" and "I'm not saying I don't believe you but I haven't seen any live ones in any of my showings" that doesn't help. Who doesn't know that roaches scatter when the lights come on? I found 2 big dead roache

5 stars for Daisy, maybe 3 for the property. Daisy was a TRUE pleasure to work with. While I decided not to rent here, I almost did simply because Daisy was professional, a good sales person without being pushy, offered clear price transparency WITHOUT being rude, as if I was putting her out. This happened at quite a few other places and they were impatient with me when asking about S/W/T and how to pay it. lol This is a standard thing and the fact I had to ask at all, was off putting from other places. But not with Daisy! She not only answered my questions, showed me multiple units on two different days (one in the rain and held an umbrella for me/us), was friendly and had real “small talk,” just two humans having a conversation about astrology, cleaning, relationships etc. It’s SO refr

I can’t say enough good things about Angel, the property manager and the support staff at Tides on Osborn! She’s always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to help residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s been quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here. Thanks to Angel, living at Tides on Osborn has been a great experience!
