Bridleside Apartments

am writing this review to express deep concern and disappointment with the management at Bridleside Apartments. Over time, it has become painfully clear how unprofessional and biased their behavior is, especially toward families of color. I have personally witnessed—and heard from others in the community—how POC tenants are treated with blatant disrespect and disregard. The staff have been consistently rude, dismissive, and, quite frankly, hostile when interacting with POC residents, showing an obvious double standard compared to how they treat other tenants. Instead of fostering a welcoming and safe environment, they have made tenants feel targeted and uncomfortable, to the point of harassment. It’s honestly ridiculous how far things have gone. When I first came to Bridleside to live I was hopeful that I would be comfortable here; it’s not so. The grounds are well kept but the people who are living here and the apt have left me hoping to retreat soon. My apt has spiders running rampant and other insects. Also other tenants act like they own Bridleside. I cannot wait to leave here. Mgmt does nothing about things happening here.

I have lived in Bridleside Apartments since 2015 and I love it. I was sold on the walk-in closet in the bedroom where a king size bed can fit.  The clubhouse provides access to a gym space and computer room along with an area to host social events. In the five years I have lived here, there haven’t been many concerns. However, the property manager, Linda, and superintendent, Chris, quickly address any repairs or concerns that have arisen. Their care and concern for the safety of myself and their employees during this time is remarkable. I definitely recommend Bridleside Apartments.

Is this for Bridleside apartments? If it is I regret coming here thought it would be great but have nothing but problems multiple letters on my door of lies the neighbor tell on you have videos and pictures of neighbor at my door and window following me to the trash I came from somewhere I lived for 9 years to come here and be threatened to be put out because management don’t look into things they self they listen to the neighbors lies because they are friends People are racist management is unprofessional spoke with a different neighbor and she told me a story of management making a comment of an Oreo cookie when speaking of being in the middle of two African American people NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD TO DEAL WITH ANY OF THIS

Bridleside Apartment in North Salem is a very friendly and diverse community. The kids in the apartment complex play well together, tenant are polite and fun to be around. The apartment staff is very responsive to tenant requests and concerns. The property is kept very clean, landscapers keep the grass cut, and in the winter the plows do a fair job. Bridleside Apartments is located in a quiet area where local food eateries and shop owners are friendly. It's located in one of the top school districts in the state of New York. I highly recommend Bridleside Apts. to anyone who is interested.
